YES!! This is a microgreen – AKA (SUPERFOOD). But we grow it as a stand alone plant! It has mildly spicy and succulent, purple stems and leaves. It’s leaves are savory and richly flavored that adds depth without being overpowering to the palate.
Not only do its leaves contain vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, they are rich in essential amino acids and chlorophyll which has all sorts of benefits from cancer-fighting properties to digestive aid.
Bonus: You can cut the long slender root into salads, or use on sandwiches!
Plant Care:
Harvest rambo radish microgreens one leaf at a time. Start with the outer leaves and keep the inner leaves. This allows the plant to keep producing lettuce leaves over time. Also the roots can be eaten!
