These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of the Produce’d website operated by Produce’d LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Orders
Product descriptions, availability, specifications, photographs, and prices may be updated without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational or legal concerns. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the amount collected will be refunded.
Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due when an order is placed. Applicable sales tax is calculated using the customer’s order location and the store’s configured tax service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and tax-exemption information.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Grow Your ABCDs Tee Shirts are produced and fulfilled by Printful. Printful shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout. GrowEdu Classroom Kits ship at the flat rate shown during checkout. GrowBlock Hydroponics Systems ship in two boxes at the flat rate shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, supply availability, or events outside our control.
Returns and Final-Sale Items
GrowBlock return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Opened or assembled GrowBlock systems may be returned, no restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Grow Your ABCDs Tee Shirts and GrowEdu Classroom Kits are final sale. Damaged or incorrect orders should be reported promptly with the order number and photographs. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for following product instructions, using products only for their intended purpose, providing appropriate supervision, and complying with applicable building, electrical, water, food-safety, school, and workplace requirements. Produce’d LLC is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.
Intellectual Property
The Produce’d name, GrowBlock designs, educational materials, graphics, photographs, website content, and related intellectual property may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission from Produce’d LLC, except where applicable law permits.
Warranty and Liability
Products and services are provided subject to any written warranty supplied with the applicable product or service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Produce’d LLC disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, scrape content for commercial use, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
